REGISTER
To participate in our auctions, you will need to create an account and complete bidder registration.
The process is quick and typically takes just a few minutes. During registration, you may be asked to provide identification and a valid payment method for verification purposes. In certain cases, a refundable authorization hold may be placed depending on the value of the items you intend to bid on.
We recommend registering in advance of the auction closing time to ensure a smooth bidding experience.
PREVIEW
Whenever possible, we offer preview opportunities so you can evaluate items before placing bids.
We encourage all bidders to carefully review:

In-person preview may be available by appointment. Please check each auction for specific dates and availability.
BIDDING
Bidding can be done through our online platform or partnered marketplaces such as LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable.
You may place:

Maximum bids (auto-increment bidding)
Please note that all bids are legally binding. By placing a bid, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
CLOSING
Our auctions are conducted in a live bidding format, where lots are sold in real time to the highest bidder.
Bidders may participate:

By absentee (pre) bid

By telephone (when available)
Each lot is sold when the auctioneer accepts the highest bid and the hammer falls, at which point the sale becomes final.
We encourage bidders to stay engaged during the live auction, as bidding can move quickly and opportunities may be missed if you are not actively participating.
INVOICING
If you are the successful bidder, an invoice will be issued within 2 business days after the auction.
Depending on the platform and circumstances, your registered payment method may be charged automatically, or you may receive a secure payment link to complete your purchase.
All invoices must be paid within 7 days.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
Once payment is completed, our team will assist with shipping arrangements or coordinate pickup.
